Berg's in the Big Blue House

I've been dying to paint our house since we moved in. For one thing, it needed cocking. But it was also hideously beige. The house color was beige, the trim was beige, it was just too blah.  You wouldn't even notice the brick on our house because it blended in with the beige. I'd been wanting to do a dark blue with white trim. I had found these faux wood garage doors on Pinterest and wanted to attempt painting our garage and front door to create a Pinterest worthy look, but with 2 littles I didn't think I'd have time so I asked several painters if they could create the look for me. I finally found one company who knew someone who could create the look I was going for. It turned out BEAUTIFUL!
We used Reid painting for the house and Rhonda Wood for the doors! She's fabulous 503-997-9271
Colors: sherwin Williams cyberspace house color and spare white trim color

Garage doors during. To get the faux wood effect, you start by painting the doors orange. Allow to dry, then brush a stain over the top. Our neighbors just loved us during the process. Hahaha

But the orange was worth it!
